Helicobacter pylori

Vitrotest produces recombinant CagA protein containing key immunodominant regions. This protein is typical for type I bacteria, while type II does not contain Cag. A recombinant CagA was produced in an E. coli expression system and purified by affinity chromatography. When used as an antigen, CagA exhibits good diagnostic performance.
