The main markers of SARS-CoV-2 infection are the nucleocapsid (N) and Spike (S) proteins. Our company has obtained a large panel of mouse monoclonal antibodies to the N-capsid protein of SARS-CoV-2. Monoclonal antibodies to the Spike protein are also available. All products can be used as positive controls in ELISA for differential or total antibody determination. This approach will avoid the use of blood serum in the components of test kits. In addition, based on monoclonal antibodies to the NC protein of coronavirus, rapid tests or ELISA kits can be developed to identify this antigen in material from a patient for the purpose of quick and simple diagnosis of COVID-19.
