The EBV capsid antigen conjugate in combination with horseradish peroxidase is a key element of our diagnostic kit, based on the principle of capturing IgM specific antibodies. The conjugate binds to EBV-specific antibodies after they form immune complexes with anti-species antibodies in the rigid phase. Detection occurs after the addition of peroxidase substrate. This conjugate has been successfully used in Vitrotest kits, providing reliable diagnostic performance. To maintain its integrity over a long period, we offer specially developed stabilizing solutions.
