GST

Vitrotest offers monoclonal antibodies to glutathione-S-transferase of own production. Monoclonal antibodies to enzymes are specific agents with a wide range of applications. For example, they can be used for indirect immobilization of enzymes on a solid support. This approach makes it possible to preserve the functional activity of the immobilized enzyme. Other applications include affinity chromatography, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, ELISA and WB. In the context of ELISA, anti-GST antibodies can be used as a positive control in tests having GST fusion proteins immobilized on a solid support. GST antibodies are also a convenient tool for identifying recombinant fusion proteins. Peroxidase-conjugated antibodies are suitable for use in ELISA and WB.
