The proposed SARS-CoV-2 antigen conjugate is a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 N protein conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. This component is used in ELISA to detect specific antibodies based on the IgM capture or sandwich principle. We have successfully integrated these components into Vitrotest test kits for the diagnosis of COVID19, which are characterized by very high sensitivity and reliable test results.
