Giardia lamblia native cyst antigen
Description
An antigenic cyst extract prepared by lysis of G. lamblia cysts purified by flotation. The cyst lysate contains the so-called cyst or faecal antigen of Giardia lamblia.
A culture medium obtained after initiation of encystment of Giardia lamblia containing cyst antigen or p65 protein is available.
Native cyst antigen is a biological product that is very rarely found on the market, and its production poses a significant challenge for cell biologists.
