Ureaplasma spp. indirect ELISA controls

Vitrotest offers synthetic positive controls — a mandatory component of the immunodiagnostic test kit for the detection of ureaplasma-specific antibodies. They are created on the basis of monoclonal antibodies to the recombinant antigen MBA Ureaplasma spp. and intended for use in indirect ELISA with antispecies peroxidase conjugates. In contrast to scarce blood sera positive for this marker, which carry an additional risk of infection of operators, synthetic analogues are available, safe, highly stable and very convenient for setting up serial production.
For better storage of internal controls, we recommend stabilizers.
