Trichinella spiralis indirect ELISA controls

We offer internal controls for test kits for detection of specific antibodies to Trichinella spiralis in indirect ELISA using peroxidase conjugates. Our internal controls were obtained by cross-linking monoclonal antibodies of varying specificity. Blood sera containing antibodies to Trichinella are scarce, and the synthetic analogue we propose makes it possible to avoid using of blood sera from patients. In addition, these controls exhibit good stability and are easy to standardize for production needs.
For long-term storage we also offer specially developed stabilizing solutions.
