Toxoplasma gondii indirect ELISA controls

Vitrotest offers a set of synthetic positive controls for use in an indirect ELISA to detect specific antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii. Among the presented components, there is also a low-avidity control, which eliminates the urgent problem of finding deficient blood serums containing low-avidity antibodies to the pathogen. The use of synthetic components also allows to avoid working with potentially infectious material during the development and using of test kits.
