EBV indirect ELISA controls

We offer a wide selection of synthetic internal controls for indirect ELISA for the detection of specific antibodies to the Epstein-Barr virus. From the proposed list, four controls were developed on the base of monoclonal antibodies to the virus recombinant nuclear antigen, and four controls to the recombinant p18 protein of the capsid complex. An optimal mixture of these controls will ensure the stability of the control sample of your commercial test kit. Positive controls produced by Vitrotest are successfully used as part of our test kits. This makes it possible to abandon the use of traditional materials based on blood sera containing specific antibodies, and therefore reduce the potential risk of infection when working with sera. In addition, this solves the frequent problem of finding confirmed blood materials from patients, especially in large volumes for production needs.
To achieve stability of internal controls for 2 years, we offer stabilizers whose composition is optimized for this purpose.
