Borrelia burgdorferi indirect ELISA controls

One of the main diagnostic methods for diagnosing borreliosis is enzyme immunoassay. This test, like any serological test, requires the use of a positive control, usually serum, to verify the validity of the test. However, serum and plasma are considered potential sources of infection.
We offer sets of synthetic controls based on monoclonal antibodies to recombinant proteins VlsE and OspC of Borrelia burgdorferi, intended for use in indirect ELISA with antispecies peroxidase conjugates. This product has a number of advantages, including good stability, reduced variation between lots, availability and easy standardization. For many years, these synthetic controls have proven their effectiveness in the production of our diagnostic kits.
In addition, we can offer specialized stabilizers designed to maintain long-term stability of internal controls.
