We are delighted to introduce our recombinant RP-50 human tissue transglutaminase (tTG), produced in the Escherichia coli expression system.
The recombinant antigen demonstrated outstanding performance in the detection of anti-tTG IgA and anti-tTG IgG antibodies. In addition, it showed high stability and excellent reproducibility of assay results, making it a reliable antigen for immunodiagnostic applications.
Coming soon: high-affinity monoclonal antibodies against human tissue transglutaminase, providing additional opportunities for the development of highly sensitive and reliable immunodiagnostic assays.
