Trichomonas vaginalis indirect ELISA controls

The internal synthetic control produced by Vitrotest is based on monoclonal antibodies to the recombinant protein AP-33 of Trichomonas vaginalis. Internal control is an integral component of enzyme immunoassay test systems for detecting specific antibodies to Trichomonas vaginalis. The proposed synthetic control is intended for use in indirect ELISA with peroxidase antispecies conjugates.
This synthetic analogue avoids the problem of finding blood sera that are positive for this marker and are also not potentially infectious. Our products are very convenient for establishing serial production of diagnostic kits, since, unlike products of natural origin, they do not show significant differences between lots.
For better storage, we also recommend special stabilizers that can ensure product stability for up to 2 years.
