Toxocara canis indirect ELISA controls

We offer synthetic internal controls – a convenient tool designed for the immunodiagnosis of toxocariasis in indirect ELISA. Any test kit for detection of antibodies to Toxocara must include an internal control, traditionally blood serum containing specific antibodies. Sera from people with toxocariasis are rare, and therefore there is a constant problem of finding this component for production.
Our internal controls are monoclonal antibody material obtained using cell biology and biochemistry methods. Among the advantages: safety, high stability, ease of standardization when introduced into production. To achieve the best performance, it is recommended to use a mixture of controls based on various monoclonal antibodies to the parasite.
For storage, it is recommended to use stabilizers carefully developed by our specialists, which can ensure product stability for up to 2 years.
