In rubella immunodiagnosis, a positive control is used to confirm the validity of the test. Sera containing antibodies to Rubella, especially of low avidity, are scarce, which significantly complicates the serial production of diagnostic kits. To address this issue, we offer synthetic positive controls based on monoclonal antibodies, both of low-avidity and high-avidity, designed for use in indirect ELISA. These synthetic analogues not only eliminate infectious risks, but offer various other benefits, including increased stability, availability, and easy standardization. We have accumulated extensive experience in using synthetic controls in the production of diagnostic kits.
To dilute the control material, we recommend using stabilizers that we have created.
