Serological diagnosis of HHV8 requires the use of a positive control, usually blood serum. There are two obvious problems associated with it: first of all, the rarity of such samples, as well as the risks of infection for product users. To solve these problems, we propose synthetic positive controls based on monoclonal antibodies. Such synthetic controls offer a variety of advantages, including increased stability, minimized lot-to-lot variation, and availability. Over the years, synthetic controls have consistently demonstrated their value in diagnostic kit production.
In addition, we provide special stabilizers designed to provide long-term internal control stability, ensuring product integrity for up to 2 years.
