HCV indirect ELISA controls

In an enzyme immunoassay, a positive control is used to check the test validity for the presence of specific antibodies to HCV. The obvious choice is blood serum for this purpose, which creates additional risks of infection for laboratory technicians.
To address this issue, we propose synthetic positive controls derived from monoclonal antibodies. These products have a number of advantages, including excellent stability, availability and easy standardization. We offer a wide selection of 17 controls containing antibodies to different virus antigens: core, NS3, NS4, NS5 individually or as part of the CN mosaic antigen. Over the years, these synthetic controls have consistently proven their effectiveness in the production of diagnostic kits.
For better storage, special stabilizers are also available.
